AKAM On-Site Management is happy to introduce BuildingLink, a new internet based service, to the residents of Opal Towers. Through this web service you can:
- Receive package delivery notifications via text, e-mail, and/or automatic call
- Receive emergency notifications via text and/or automatic call
- Submit work order requests for building issues or maintenance issues that pertain to the Association
- Post approved notices to a virtual bulletin board
- Upcoming feature currently being considered: central fax receipt number. Faxes would be forwarded to your e-mail
To Login and begin to use BuildingLink open your Internet browser and go to http://www.opaltowersresidents.com and login using your username and password which you should have received in an e-mail. If you did not receive a login/username please send us an e-mail at opaltowerscondo@gmail.com
Once you have logged in, you can access the edit profile tab to change your password or to change any of the preferences that control how BuildingLink will work for you (emergency instructions, email notification preferences, etc.). More than one e-mail/cell can be registered to your ID to receive multiple distribution of notifications. Make sure that your correct email address is stored for you so that you can be reached successfully through the system.
iPhone and Android users can download the BuildingLink app, so you will always have these services at your fingertips.
